Swimming Pool Slides

A swimming pool is a outstanding addition to any back yard and the little space that it occupies returns a big volume of fun when it is designed correctly. So when all things are considered for most people who are having a pool installed in their backyard a pool slide makes so much more sense then a diving board, is less costly and is also so much more safer for the whole family to use.

Intex water slide

I purchased this slide for my two kids, age 4 and 6. They are actually enjoying it, and it seems to be good quality. It was easy to set up. I would say older kids such as teenagers would not like it as much because the heavier you are, the slower you slide down.

Bought it last summer and again this year

I contacted amazon and they had me ship it back and shipped a new one out to me very quickly. No charge for either shipping. The second slide was great and was applied at least 5 days a week for the entire summer in the hot Florida sun. Towards the end of the summer the kids even turned it over and used it as a boat in the water. That may have been it is uttermost undoing as it did not survive the summer. However, I very much felt that I got my money’s worth and have purchased another for this summer’s swimming season. Have already had it in service for three weeks and the kids (ages 4 and are once again loving it. I do agree with other reviewers that this is not for teens. Once you hit around 100 lbs it is not almost as fun; however, my 65 lb and underneath kids are merely loving it! Here’s to hoping it survives at least until the end of this summer!

Intex Water Slide

I ordered this slide for my grandson’s birthday. I waited until regarding a week before his birthday because I’m a procrastinator. It was shipped and delivered a couple days before his birthday. Needless to say, it’s been one of the great hits of the summer around their family pool, and all his friends were capable to use and take delight in it for his birthday party.

So far, it’s keeping up to the wear and tear a group of 10-12 year olds may administer.
